Meijer's is a localized shopping center, much like a Super Wal-mart. You can find food, clothing, live pets, greeting cards, and much more.
The grocery section is the largest in the city, and offers a large supply of snack foods, drinks, and even dishes to put the snacks in for parties.
The prices are decent when an item is not on sale, but the sale prices are amazing. Pair them up with coupons, and you can walk out of Meijer's with $50 worth of groceries for around $10- I've done it!
Meijer's offers the best selection for alcoholic drinks in town, with two long aisles and a center wine section.
The freezer section for snacks is an aisle long, and they often have great sales on those snacks, especially during football season in the fall & winter, and during the summer for when kids are out of school and needing a quick snack.
