We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. My company has been arguing with them for weeks. They misposted our payments, then sent us to a collection agency because of the bills they didn't apply the cash to. Worse, they receycled invoice numbers so that it looked like we were being billed twice. A bunch of our people are putting massive effort to clean up the account - and we have enough money to pay our bills. We are going to replace them with UPS.
