I called Wendy from Minneapolis (yes, she answered the phone) at 4pm and asked her to deliver flowers on the same day. Though her drivers were all out, she said she'd deliver the flowers herself on the way home and my mother would have her arrangement in 15 minutes. She also remembered hearing the name, found that my sister-in-law ordered flowers from Seattle and made sure we didn't send the same thing. Nice touch.
