Wendy's Lasting Impression

Honestly, a 0 isn't a low enough score. I ordered some flowers for my wife for our anniversary. When I picked up the arrangement they looked great, 2 days later not so much. I called and she said that she would give me a credit, but that she would like to take the old flowers back to see what was wrong with them. I told her ok, and someone came by a little later. I then got a phone call from her saying that I hadn't watered them, which I had, and that I was a liar and that she would not honor my credit. She continued to call me a liar as I tried to talk with her. I was very much insulted by the manner at which I was dealt with in a very flawed product. You will have a great deal more luck getting some flowers from the grocery store, They will last longer and be much cheaper. *Update My wife went in to talk to them and some guy, not sure how he is affiliated, screamed and yelled how they have never had to deal with "people like you" and wouldnt even let her have a word in edgewise. I was disappointed in them before, now I am utterly disgusted. more

I called Wendy from Minneapolis (yes, she answered the phone) at 4pm and asked her to deliver flowers on the same day. Though her drivers were all out, she said she'd deliver the flowers herself on the way home and my mother would have her arrangement in 15 minutes. She also remembered hearing the name, found that my sister-in-law ordered flowers from Seattle and made sure we didn't send the same thing. Nice touch. more

This company has been around for years. The name may have changed, but the quality is still great. They have the best ideas when you aren't sure exactly what your looking for. Prices run about average compared to other florists in the area. They are great with deliveries. Wide selection to choose from. Great over the phone to deal with. Take credit cards over the phone. more
