Businiess name:  Love A Pet
Review by:  Suzanne D.
Review content:
Love A Pet is one of the few stores in Tulsa that still sells live animals (besides fish). At any given time, they probably have ~20 puppies and 5-6 kittens of all different breeds. And they're surprisingly healthy, for having been kept in a pet store. The puppies/kittens are usually a little older than you'd get from an independent breeder... they won't take them until they've been eating solid food for at least 3-4 weeks. But if you have your heart set on a particular breed, they can find one for you, if they don't have a puppy in stock. They take good care of the animals, which is important to me. They're handled by the employees daily, so they're used to human contact. And of course, they also sell all sorts of pet supplies. But they're not quite as cheap as Petsmart.
