Review content:
I bought the groupon and I went with a friend who did not use the groupon and paid full price for a cut and color. We both received terrible service. We had to literally beg to get the haircut we wanted. We went in with a very specific idea of what we wanted. I said "cut my hair to here and my bangs to here". The guy kept stopping short and saying "good?" and I kept having to repeat my original request. The other stylist dyed my friends hair back to her original color when she asked for a completely different color. His excuse at the end was, "well you said you didn't want something high maintenance". Alright, fine, but she wanted something entirely different and you gave her whatever color you wanted to instead. If you have to walk a stylist through a haircut, you might as well go to Super Cuts for $16 because that is exactly what you will get at Amaci Salon. I usually pay $70+ for my haircuts and thought I was getting a deal on a Back Bay salon, but save your money and take that $50 elsewhere because you will surely get a better haircut anywhere else.
Pros: the salon is in a relatively nice area
Cons: the service recieved, the final outcome, the staff
