Businiess name:  Hausfeld's the Spa

Review content:
I booked an appointment ahead of time received a $5.00 gift coupon. The coupon had the date of my appt on it. In person at the salon, I changed the appointment date and time to another date, because I was having my picture taken by a professional photographer and I wanted to look good for the sitting. At that time the Lead Ass istant, didn't tell me that my coupon was not going to be honored because the date was changed. I kept the appointment and presented the card at check-out. They wouldn't honor the card. They said it was up to the stylist to honor. They went to ask her and Carissa said no. I asked for the owners phone #. When I spoke to Bobbie Hausfeld she said, "it's our policy not accept the coupon if the date is changed on the card." Well, Bobbie, if that's your final answer, I wont go there anymore. $5.00 is a big deal for someone on unemployment. I thought you acted haughty and high horse on the phone and your tone of voice sucked. Now you folks know how the owner acts. What good is it to patronize a place where the customer isn't treated out of courtesy? Dont go to Hausfeld's. The Owner needs all the money she can get.
