Review content:
The Downtown Aquarium is a wonderful family destination. It includes an outdoor amusement park complete with a carousel and ferris wheel. A train circles the area and goes through a tunnel made of acrylic that separates you from over 20 sharks! If you have little ones, make sure to take their swim suits so that they can cool off in the "dancing" water fountains. Inside there is a very wide variety of fish in over half a million gallons of water! At the end of the aquarium exhibit is an exhibit with four white tigers. There are a very limited number of these tigers alive in the world, so this is a truly unique experience. Because there are many things to do indoors, this is a great destination for families with small children. . .a great way to escape the Texas heat!
