Review content:
Good: The color scheme of the place due to the fact that it makes you think you might be in a hip place that really stands out from the crowd of disgusting fast food joints.. Bad: I don't even know where to begin. Overpriced food for what you get, surly employees, a manager who yelled at me for asking for most of the toppings, and undercooked food. My meat was COLD in the pita after supposedly being heated on a grill.. Improvements: Sack the manager and all those employees they've got that can't manage to be pleasant to someone who has never been there and actually get some real food. A price drop would be appreciated. Maybe some free water with the meal instead of having to buy the bottled Dasani joke water?. Other: "Fresh Thinking, Healthy Eating"
That's their motto. If by fresh thinking you mean alienating all possible customers and serving undercooked food for healthy eating I guess they have hit the nail right on the head..
