Review content:
I have used Gunderson Plumbing and Septic for septic pumping. The last time I used them. They pumped it out, but did not check the outlet for roots as is the norm. A week later it overflows. I call them, they tell me there must be roots. Since I specifically didn't tell them to clean out the roots, they didn't. They charged me again for the pumping and an additional amount for the roots. I gave them a chance to just charge for the roots and they balked. Every other septic company does this as matter of fact. I will never use them again
