Overcharged, in fact, estimate doubled! I was told that a part for my shower needed replaced. This part allowed my to choose 3 different shower heads. I was told a total of 352...

Overcharged, in fact, estimate doubled! I was told that a part for my shower needed replaced. This part allowed my to choose 3 different shower heads. I was told a total of 352.00, half upfront, half after part came and installed. When the "plumber" came back, I was told this part was ordered and shipped all the way from Germany, so I know owed 176.00 and an extra 176.00!? (Apparently the part must have came over by row boat!). While he was installing this VERY expensive part, I walked back into bathroom to find him tinkering with my sink faucets. 2 weeks later one of my sink faucet handles fell off. My neighbor said a set screw was missing. I will never use this company again! more

Not Trustworthy as the ad says 8/6/2006

I have used Gunderson Plumbing and Septic for septic pumping. The last time I used them. They pumped it out, but did not check the outlet for roots as is the norm. A week later it overflows. I call them, they tell me there must be roots. Since I specifically didn't tell them to clean out the roots, they didn't. They charged me again for the pumping and an additional amount for the roots. I gave them a chance to just charge for the roots and they balked. Every other septic company does this as matter of fact. I will never use them again more
