Businiess name:  Top Gun Seafood Restaurant

Review content:
This is the place to bring the family, friends, and colleagues for authentic Cantonese dim sum. The mainstay dishes - har gow, siew mai, roast pork buns, steamed spare ribs, etc. - are excellent. For the adventurous, their curry cuttlefish, phoenix claws, deep fried pigeon, sauteed clams, and deep fried intestines are all must-trys. Don't miss their egg custard tarts which are one of the best around. Grab them the moment the cart passes your table, for if you waited till dessert, there may not be any more left! Parking in the cinema parking lot next door is convenient if you don't want to fight for the few lots available in the front of the restaurant. Reservations recommended for weekends - although turnover is pretty fast.
