I am writing this review on my mothers behalf. This place is as bad as it gets. She took her van into the Ballard auto center because of a dead battery and alternator. They came back with a list of so called critical items including an engine rebuild, new radiator and water pump. My mother is not car savy to say the least. Over $4,000+ billed and 2 weeks later, she still does not have her van. The manager keeps giving excuses on why the work isn't complete and adds new problems to the list. The latest explanation is that they screwed up on the rebuild and have no idea when it will be ready. I am helping her file a complaint with the BBB and city attorney general. I would strongly discourage anyone from brining their vehicles here for repair.
