My wife and I have been taking our vehicles into JD's shop for years now and we know that if there is something wrong with one of our vehicles the problem will be taken care of in a fair and quick manner. It is essential that we get our vehicles back quickly and they make it happen.
In reference to a previous review in which the individual came to the conclusion that she was being taken advantage of because she was a female, I honestly can't imagine this being the case. I think she may have taken the recommendations for service in a negative manner. In our experience, after an oil change JD tells us about the manufacturers suggested services based on the mileage and age of the vehicle. Although I don't always follow what the manufacturer's guidelines state I always appreciate the knowledge that my car will likely need to have these things addressed at some point to help extend the life of my vehicle. There is no pushiness or inferred intent to take advantage of my wife or myself. It is straight forward, I recommend and send friends to JD. I wouldn't do that if I didn't respect how the business is run and the quality of their work.
