Dear Rush's Wow! I have been in Rush's twice in the last month and been amazed by Katrice, one of your employees. I've shopped at many bridal shops in the last 6 months and the customer service Katrice has shown me is far better than any other I've seen. Please thank her for being an outstanding employee. She was far more helpful to me than the person I was matched with when I was in last week. The person helping me seemed to keep disappearing and Katrice was ready to help me find whatever I was looking for! She is friendly and doesn't seem frustrated like so many other bridal shop employees when asked for help. You're got a fabulous employee working for you at Rush's.
