Just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service on Wednesday October 22! You were really wonderful, I am so happy with my choice and very happy with Rush's. I hope they realize what a terrific sales person you are. In all honesty, I did go to a few other shops, but none of them came close top the service and quality of Rush's and you. more

I am writing to let you know how very much I appreciate all that you and Katherine did for me. As Katherine may have told you, I left my daughters Veil behind when I went to their Hotel room to take her dress home so she could leave in the early morning for her honeymoon. I called the Hotel the next day and to my dismay, no veil was found. ( It was a short thin veil with a small headpiece and might not have been felt through the bag where it hung.) I can not tell you how terrible I felt about this. I could not come up with the words to tell my daughter about my leaving her veil behind. I had offered to have the dress heirloom boxed for her so I had a little time to hopefully find a replacment for her. I called your store and talked with Katherine. The dress and veil had been purchased from your store back in August of 1999 and I was not sure that they even made that particular veil any longer. Katherine went out of her way to find the original receipt and found that they did still offer the veil and then you ordered it for me and I had it in my hands in 4 days. I am eternally grateful to both of you for your understanding of my situation and for your courteous and kind customer service. If you would please send this along to Mr. Rush as I would like for him to know what a wonderful staff I think he has. I thought of no where else but your store to bring my daughter for her gown purhase and will recommend your store highly to those who are in the market for a gown. more

I just wanted to say thank you for all of your help in finding bridesmaid dresses. You made the process so easy and enjoyable for my mom and me....by far the best service we received after visiting 5 bridal stores looking for dresses!! You are so gifted at what you do! more

My sales associate was named Cherri. I wanted to write you to thank you for a wonderful experience. My body has been going through a lot of changes. I've lost 45lbs this year and hope to lose more before my wedding next June. Being a size 12, I've found that many stores have next to nothing that I can even try on, and I've felt pressured in trying on the "big girl tents". Cherri and the other staff helped me find several dresses to try on, and for the first time, I started to feel that I will find "the dress"! You were even accepting of my whole family, including small children, showing up at one point! To top it all off, I received a hand written thank you note from Cherri. ( I apologize if I'm spelling her name incorrectly!) Your store is lovely, and your staff is just awesome. I have decided that I won't be ordering a dress until I've lost a little more weight and have a better idea of my size in a few months. I will definitely be returning to Rush's at that time! more

I just wanted to let you know that I received my bridesmaid dresses in the mail today and I am SO happy with them. I was a little nervous about ordering dresses in MN when I the bride live in NJ, but I couldn't be happier with the service and the promptness of everything. more

I ordered my wedding gown and all 6 of my bridesmaid dresses and my 2 flower girl dresses and my junior bridesmaid from netbride and I am absolutely pleased. The dresses didnt require major alterations..they arrived in exactly 8 weeks from the order being placed and all my questions were answered promptly. I saved about 400 dollars off my wedding dress and my girls saved about 50-60 dollars off theirs. I highly recommend you all..you all helped make my day even more special. wow, what a wonderful experince! The staff was so helpful and patient. I dropped in on a busy saturday without an appointment but they found time to help me anyway. My sales girls was absolutley wonderful. I felt a little out of place being that I am an older bride, (50ish) but this young lady made me feel comfortable and was very enthusiastic. I was hesitant when she made some selections because normally I know what works for my body- but they were great and looked different from what I expected. This was the first store I went to and ultimatly where I found my gown- Thanks Rush's staff for all your help! more

I got my wedding dress here and 6 brudesmaid dresses. They have the best selection of bridesmaid dresses in the TC area and are not pushy and don't try to make people order dresses way too big so they can alter them. Everythign was right on schedule. more

I arrived at Rushes and was welcomed by knowledgeable staff who were happy to help me. They listened to what I was looking for and asked all the right questions to help me find my dress. They took their time and didn't rush me out the door after an hour. They made sure I had found "the dress" and treated me like I was the only bride in the store more

I have a hard time rating this, because I had a great experience, but it was the second place I went and the first dress I tried on and knew it was the one. I also was able to buy it off the rack because it fit perfectly and needed no alterations in sizing. I was only there an hour and did not have a reason to return. Catherine more
