Businiess name:  Best Buy

Review content:
My husband loves Best Buy! He could literally spend hours (and probably thousands of dollars if I would let him) in there. They have all of the latest in electronics from digital cameras and camcorders to video games, TVs, computers, and pretty much everything else that you can think of. They also have a wide selection of DVDs, CDs, and computer software programs. Whenever I'm looking for a DVD that is hard to find, this is where I look because I can usually find it here. In addition to all of the media-related items, they also have appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves, and washers and dryers. A Best Buy gift card is a perfect gift for ANYONE because everyone can find something here! Plus, if they can't find something in the store, they can shop online! Another thing that I love about Best Buy is that their employees are very knowledgeable about the products in the areas where they are working. For example, tonight we went looking at digital cameras. One of my husband's biggest pet peeves with the digital cameras we have had in the past is that they all have a delay before the picture actually is captured and so he asked about which camera offered the quickest "click and shoot" time. The guy immediately pointed out a couple of options and easily discussed all of their features. He then showed us a few more options that were in our price range and one of them was out of stock so he offered to call us when the truck delivered more. That's what I call customer service! I have encountered nothing but knowledgeable, friendly employees every time I have visited the store! Before Christmas, I was looking something computer-related for my husband. I had NO idea what it was - all I had was the name of it written down on a sheet of paper from his "wish list." I took it in to Best Buy and one of the employees immediately helped me and showed me a variety of options, pointing out the features of each one. My husband was happy with the choice that I made and I felt like I was able to make an informed decision! In most cases, their prices can't be beat. Their ads can sometimes be a bit deceiving because a lot of times the prices quoted involve mail in rebates. If you're good about sending in all of the paperwork, that's great, but if not, it could be a loss for you. Also, check out their "open box" and clearanced items. We have found some really great deals in these areas!
