Review content:
Upon renting this nice renovated apartment April 2006, I thought since it was nice, new and clean the rest of the renovation would take place. We are still waiting for an air conditioner to be put in the apartment, plus there has been no heat either.
Management never follows through on repairs, as they tend to go to the next apartment building before completing any existing problems.
Can't wait until my lease is up, to much noise, children run up and down the stairs and we are on the first floor and to many kids running, jumping and climbing above. I think my head will fall off or I will have a nervous breakdown before my lease is up, and very loud music playing all the time. Kids play in the parking lots and I am always worried about my car being hit with sticks and balls as there is no place for children to play. Kids run up and down the stairs all the time and make lots of noise. It is not a quiet place to live. Please reconsider if you ever live here.
