Can there be negative stars?? Parents don't watch their kids rodent trash cockroaches infestation sewers back up a lot things don't get fixed properly I haven't seen a maintaince man ththatat was worth two cents they are quick to evict and if they don't like you make your life hell until they can evevictict you more

This complex is under new management and is going under complete rehab . The managment company is really getting things done . I have seen some major changes since they took over and think this place is going to be a much better place to live in the near future !!!! more

I LIVED THERE THREE YEARS AGO, AND i AM STILL WAITING FOR MY $ 300.00 DEPOSIT WHICH i WILL NEVER SEE. THESES APARTMENTS NEED TO BE TORN DOWN, THEY ARE NASTY!! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TO CHASE MANOR APARTMENTS . THERE WAS ONE BUILDING WHEN I LIVED THERE THAT HAD THEIR ELECTRICITY TURNED OFF BECAUSE MANAGEMENT COULD NOT PAY THE BILL BUT, THEY FOUND THE MONEY TO RE-DO THE OFFICE. PLEASE LOOK ELSE WHERE. more

Upon renting this nice renovated apartment April 2006, I thought since it was nice, new and clean the rest of the renovation would take place. We are still waiting for an air conditioner to be put in the apartment, plus there has been no heat either. Management never follows through on repairs, as they tend to go to the next apartment building before completing any existing problems. Can't wait until my lease is up, to much noise, children run up and down the stairs and we are on the first floor and to many kids running, jumping and climbing above. I think my head will fall off or I will have a nervous breakdown before my lease is up, and very loud music playing all the time. Kids play in the parking lots and I am always worried about my car being hit with sticks and balls as there is no place for children to play. Kids run up and down the stairs all the time and make lots of noise. It is not a quiet place to live. Please reconsider if you ever live here. more
