I have never been so disappointed in my life. The service was horrible and when I called to speak with the manager, it took 3 months and numerous attempts to speak with him and he did nothing about the issue. I paid for my mother to have the Voci Spa Express for $128 and the woman who did her facial talked nonstop. Then, Shelias did her mani and pedi and used very offensive language the whole time, even dropping the f-bomb quite a few times. My mother was horrified and had one of the worst times she has ever had there. The manager told me he had already resolved the issue when in fact he had never even called me back to hear what the issue was so I know he was lying. Then he didn't even offer to make up for it by refunding us for the mani/pedi part or anything. Totally disgusted in this place. I rather go to Walmart and know i'm paying for horrible service.
Pros: near a movie theatre to make up for the service
