We just moved into a brand new Dixon home, what a great value. We were able to customize our home based upon our desires, while the builder had never done some of the changes we made, they were very agreeable to work with us and build our dream home. We were able to build on a beautiful wooded lot, and the space we got for the price is. Highly recommend!
