i ordered and paid $150 for a washable electrostatic air filter from Vacu Vent over 3 months ago and have nothing to show for it. calls to the company are useless. they always claim not to have a manager handy and say they'll get one to call me, but the call never comes.
these folks had their BBB Accreditation revoked about a month ago and have a rating of "F" from the BBB.
don't waste your time of money on these crooks!
