Review content:
Susan Mason from Coldwell Banker is the best realtor in Salem. I have used her twice to purchase a house with the last time being land and building a house. Susan makes you feel like you are her only client and she goes out of her way to get things done and make sure that all people involved are on your side. We had a run in with a shady loan officer and Susan was able to get our $1500 back for us and this was something she did not have to do. It took time and persistance but she is involved with everything when you are her client and not just the "house" part. She is friendly, professional, and an expert as well. She has connections everywhere which she passes on to her clients which is nice to get the discounts and to know these people are good at what they do. I highly recommend Susan Mason.
