Nick Cochrane is the owner and I had a great experience with him. He helped me get my daughter in-state-tuition, then he sold us a condo on 26th. The experience was spectacular. He had the inspector, mortgage company and title company. All I had to do is read reports and send my check. I suggest anyone looking for properties to buy to call Nick Cochrane. He also helps students get residency.
