As a staff member at the Olympus Spa, let me clear up some misunderstandings. For the record, we accept all gift certificates regardless of the purchase date. In case of lost or stolen certificates, we can always look up our records and ladies can use them whenever. If the full amount is not used in one visit, the remainder will be credited back to that person. The amount can also be shared among different people as well. We've never had issues with ladies not being able to redeem lost certificates to this date. We understand situations happen. Just contact us and we will be more than willing to help.
