My impression about sushi here is above average as I have been fortunate enough to live in a city where getting good sushi is not a challenging task. You can say I am spoiled with good sushi, but then I have no negative comment about sushi at Chiso, neither. What I am impressed about more is that atomosphere there is great. I'd recommend to use this restaurant as a business lunch, a casual blind date, or a dinner date with a loved one. But wait, what I am impressed about the most is their Gari (pickled ginger). I usually avoid eating too much Gari as they usually come in an artificial color like pink, but this Gari is different! It has kept the *real* ginger color and taste great! Worth trying sushi for their free Gari ;-)
