Review content:
The Pita Pit is all that it claims to be- a place to stop in and get pitas. There aren't any tables for dining in, so I recommend stopping by when the weather is good enough to eat outside or when you are drunk so the weather isn't really a factor. This place is open after the bars close, a big plus in my eyes. As for the food itself, it isn't really spectacular. I prefer falafel patties, and the falafel here is more of a ground mush. Many of the toppings are overly seasoned. That being said, it is nice to have all the toppings variety of a sub place, but getting more than just a sandwich. If you're a vegetarian, I'd recommend trying the hummus pita over a falafel one- it's simple and tasty.
