The vocal teacher is unique. She gives scholarships to students who have a wonderful voice and have 3 vocals. She took my child that is physically challenged and who is ADD and promised her on that same day that she would not ever take the scholarship away from her. On that same day she took it away from her. She told her she was going to take her to Houston to try out for American idle. Indeed she made her think this was going to happen until her next lesson. I looked up the American Idle and it was still in Houston. At her next lesson she told her it had already left Houston. That was a lie. She finally told my daughter that she lied to her. Now go figure. Everyone that hears this girl says wow what a voice. She loves singing and sings all the time. If you look on her web sight you will see the same people. That is some of students she had at her recital. People that I have spoken to; want tell her why they took their child out. These kids are special without someone like her kicking them down. I could say more but she sayed her students were dropping like flies. I am so thankful that she caused my child to leave because she wants to go to college. She was in the The Texas Childrens Honor Choir. We have been told that was the best thing that she is not there anymore if my child plans to go to college for music. Pros: Jim is wonderful at teaching violin Cons: This school is not for students who wants to major in music.
