Review content:
We considered getting our wedding flowers from Flowers by Jay, as my husband's parents had 30 years prior. The positive side was we received very personalized help. We didn't really know exactly what we needed when we went into the store for the consultation. The downside was that we felt as though they were trying to "upsell" to us because we didn't know as much as we should have perhaps. Based on the flower selection recommended to us, I don't believe they had the intention of staying within our stated budget!
