Review content:
I went to STK for the first time last Thursday and had a great time. We were celebrating my best friend's birthday and the staff treated her like a Queen. I expected to be snubbed as we waited in line for about 10 minutes in the Meat Packing district's newest hangout. I found the host staff to be very accomodating. They gave us the best seats in the house and made sure we were taken care of. I felt bad because the coat check seemed to be on another floor, not the dining area and they kept reassuring us that our belongings would be okay. The hostesses disappeared with our coats but were very prompt in returning them to us at the end of the night. I am a vegetarian but the restaurant is vegetarian friendly and the food was great. If you are looking for a place where you will be treated like a celeb by the host staff, this is definitely the place to be!
