Businiess name:  Other Mothers
Review by:  Johanna B.
Review content:
I love Other Mothers for the 25-cent sale they have once a month. Yes, I buy clothes there at other times too, but I love digging through their rejected clothes and looking for a jewel in the rough. Stains don't bother me because I can usually tell which stains I'll be able to remove. And hey, when I'm wrong, it was a quarter. It's like a gambling addiction. I pay a quarter and usually I can make it worth more than a quarter. Sometimes I gamble and I lose, but even then I have good play or paint clothes--or extra clothes to leave at Grandma's in case of emergency. As far as taking things in to sell, my luck is hit and miss. Big things always seem to do well. But my box of clothes may or may not be greeted with enthusiasm. At the change of seasons I have more luck taking in seasonal things (as they are building their inventory of seasonal clothes), but toward the end of the season forget about it. Of course, end of season is when they have their best 25 cent sales too!
