Review content:
I have eaten at Old Chicago several times and we absolutely love the artichoke dip with the veggies. Their calazones and the oriental sesame chicken salad are also two of my favorites!
One time our order did happen to get missed and the staff and management was super cool about compensating us for the error. We were given free lunch that day and gift certificates for a future visit.
Their service definately went above and beyond despite their error!
