Review content:
I went to Gavroche for my mother and father's birthday on a Tuesday night in June. We were a party of 8 and we sat at a small table built for 6 people. The atmosphere was the best part of this horrific dinner. We were not served our main courses for an hour and 45 minutes and when we were finally served the entrees were cold. When we complained the owner was so rude and defensive it made the entire experience one of the most disappointing meals we had ever had in NYC. We had eaten at Gavroche about a year before and the service and food have gone completely downhill.
