Businiess name:  Texas Roadhouse
Review by:  Karen A.
Review content:
** Ok, I'm blind. I picked the Killeen location when I meant to select TEMPLE. Sorry :) Tried to change the location but can't see the option to do that ** I have been to a lot of Texas Roadhouses and this is the best by far. Their service is always great and efficient and we've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes on a busy day. For those who've never been to Roadhouse, their sweet rolls served with cinnamon butter are reason enough to pay them a visit. Along with the bread, diners are also provided a bucket of roasted peanuts. Half the fun of going to Roadhouse is cracking your own peanuts and chucking the shells to the floor. It makes for an interesting and fun ambiance. Shell-covered floors, coupled with the western memorabilia and the requisite armadillo cradling a beer bottle, definitely makes Roadhouse one-of-a-kind. As for the food, well, it's downright awesome. Their chicken fried steak is the best I've ever had. Their other steaks are all hand-cut and aged to perfection and always come out perfect, and for the price - an excellent deal. Try their cactus blossom [fried onion] with its cajun horseradish sauce and you'll be well on your way to gastronomic heaven.
