2 stars = DJ and The real nice bar tender
This place is OVERPRICED and the SECURITY slash rent a cops think they are the FBI Agents I think because they have ear pieces (maybe ..not really sure why)
Wouldn't mind paying the money if they at least had ANY type of customer service. We had met up with our friends here and just had gotten our lanes and bowling shoes. This short, manly looking, overweight, I think maybe got picked on at school, racist(two other guys with hats on not being harassed) rent a cop came up to my fiance and asked him to take his hat off. He immediately did and for some reason she was still standing there and basically harassing us. I asked her to please leave because she was buggen and then she replies with mam I'm going to have to ask you to leave. I was in shock which turned it to fury. I let her know how I felt about her. Well, we ended up getting kicked out and when I asked the supposedly general manager for a receipt showing that my money was going to be refunded he said that his system was unable to supply that. Isn't that against the law? To be honest with you I think he might of been the assistant to the assistant and by all means far from a general manger...he handed me a business card with no title on it which is kind of strange if you are a general manger dont you think? BOTTOM LINE - this place is a WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, GAS, ENERGY. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST AT LUCKY STRIKE!!
