Terrible... 10/2/2010

Skip this place. It's overpriced, they play KIIS FM all night, and the manager is a huge jerk. Any problems? Be prepared to be met with indifference, arrogance, and outright hostility. The night manager thinks he's running a Vegas club ($225 for a bottle of Stoli).... and has absolutely no concept of customer service. Try Strike of Orange County at the District in Tustin. Far far better experience. more

great, different night out 6/21/2010

Went here with some friends I was visiting, and we had a great time. I love the idea of the lounge, bar, bowling alley hybrid. The drinks were really good, at a totally reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend checking it out! Pros: strong drinks, great service, awesome atmosphere more

Fun place to bowl 6/27/2009

We got there pretty late and we had to wait and hour for a pool table not to mention also the wait for the bowling lanes, the drinks were ok, price was reasonable but not economic, they do need a new dj though(it kind of seemed like he was just playing stuff out of his iPod.) Pros: price, staff, and location Cons: wait and dj more

fun, trendy bowling- great time! 6/15/2009

Love the upscale feel of this trendy new bowling alley! Took my boyfriend for our anniversary- figured it would be fun to have an activity that night in addition to our usual dinner/drinks combo-- Great Idea- we both had a blast! Even if you're not a great bowler, you're likely to have a fun time :) more

Beware of getting ripped off on your drink purchases!!!!!!!! 12/19/2008

So after a night of bowling, we get the bill for every Sky Vodka on the rocks (over ice) I ordered I was charged an additional 2 dollars. So let me get this straight. A vodka on the rocks is a very common drink, but to be charged extra for it is the most ridiculous thing i've ever heard (am I paying an ice surcharge). When I asked the manager to remove the charge he said that by ordering it on the rocks I was getting more alcohol so therefore they charge me more. When asked to show me the menu or any other written documentation showing their pricing he said they didn't have any. I stated at no point did I ever order a double or extra pour, I simply ordered one drink that I wanted on ice. He continued to argue with me and was rude and dismissive. Our bill was over $300 and all I wanted was $30 ( 15 $2 charges) removed because of the principle of the matter. Instead of providing outstanding customer service he chose to argue. BEWARE of this place, the drinks are over priced and the management is horrible. I and my friends will never set foot in there again. Cons: Management, Getting ripped off on drinks, staff more

Lots of Fun! 2/25/2008

This is a very upbeat and current bowling alley that doesn't have all the 'old' atmosphere of a bowling alley. The bar area is very nice (although a little pricey) and the service was excellent. We had a problem with our lane a couple of times and it was fixed immediately. You should go and have a good time...oh, and if you're a trouble maker, be prepared to be removed! That's a good thing... Pros: Great Atmoshpere..not an older persons bowling alley Cons: Bar tab gets pricey! more

This place is a joke! 8/20/2007

2 stars = DJ and The real nice bar tender This place is OVERPRICED and the SECURITY slash rent a cops think they are the FBI Agents I think because they have ear pieces (maybe ..not really sure why) Wouldn't mind paying the money if they at least had ANY type of customer service. We had met up with our friends here and just had gotten our lanes and bowling shoes. This short, manly looking, overweight, I think maybe got picked on at school, racist(two other guys with hats on not being harassed) rent a cop came up to my fiance and asked him to take his hat off. He immediately did and for some reason she was still standing there and basically harassing us. I asked her to please leave because she was buggen and then she replies with mam I'm going to have to ask you to leave. I was in shock which turned it to fury. I let her know how I felt about her. Well, we ended up getting kicked out and when I asked the supposedly general manager for a receipt showing that my money was going to be refunded he said that his system was unable to supply that. Isn't that against the law? To be honest with you I think he might of been the assistant to the assistant and by all means far from a general manger...he handed me a business card with no title on it which is kind of strange if you are a general manger dont you think? BOTTOM LINE - this place is a WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, GAS, ENERGY. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST AT LUCKY STRIKE!! Pros: music Cons: management/overpriced/no customer service more

Not even worth checking out 12/16/2006

This establishment provided the worst bowling experience I have ever had. The lanes are dirty and covered in debris. Do not bother going here if you actually want to bowl. Pros: None Cons: Everything more

A great change of pace from Hollywood clubs 7/6/2006

Booze and bowling!! The bar is big and the tenders friendly. When you're sick of ridiculous cover charges/parking fees followed by lame music and overpriced drinks, head here for a different night out. Plus, bowling when drunk is a real kick. Lots of booths to sit at that are extremely comfortable, too. Pros: Friendly staff, unique offerings more
