Review content:
We enjoy Abuelo's. They have delicious margaritas and some wonderfully imaginative specialty drinks. Their tacos al carbon on the ala carte menu are my favorite... fajita meat rolled up in corn tortillas. They are probably the most authentic dish on the menu, and also one of the most affordable, smallest portioned meals.
The rest of their menu is generally gigantic portions of pseudo Mexican food. You'll find the standard enchiladas, chimichangas, fajitas, etc. All are served nicely and taste great.
It's always noisy in Abuelo's, so it's a good place to take the kids. The wait at the Chandler location is usually long, so go early if you go on a weekend.
