Review content:
Java Break gets 1 star, only because it is open 24 hours, and you could use that as a bathroom after the bars. The food is terrible (microwavable eggs / pancakes / anything they can), the coffee is severely mediocre, and the ingredients they use for EVERYTHING are the cheapest they can find. I know this, because I worked there.
In addition to the quality of the products being well below what you deserve, the ownership is the biggest problem of this coffee shop. The owner is oppressive and offensive to his employees, he does not pay them well OR on time, and he sexually harasses them. Keep this in mind when you're getting coffee. Henry's is a block over on 8th and it's also open 24 hours long.
Oh, also I'd like to mention, Java Break looks like a steakhouse inside, with all of their lamps in the back. I guess you could call that a unique atmosphere.
