Review content:
I loved the central location of these apartments. They also renovated all of them, adding modern touches like cement floors on the first floor, crown moldings, and the like. The main problem I had with this place was the condition of the apartment itself. It sure looked pretty on the outside, but there were several holes for bugs, a sink that was permanantly stained, and several other things you only notice after you move in. And maintenance was not quick to fix anything either. The neighbors are ok -- not college kids, but not nice and quiet either.
