Review content:
Forget the mall and forget low-quality clothes at discount stores. TJ Maxx combines quality, brand name and low prices.
They carry great brand names in just about everything they sell. You can find a purse there from $20 (normally $60) all the way to $200 (which would normally run about $600). So, it quite literally fits every budget imaginable.
Their shoe section is not the best in Austin but it does have some pretty special shoes. The same goes for their jewelry section. My only disappointment is that you have to ask for assistance in order to try them on since they're all in a glass case, even if they're fashion jewelry.
Their clearance sections are always very good too. Another tip is to go through their gourmet food section. You'll find some pretty good items that would be excellent for house warming gifts or to complement a special dinner.
