I am usually a fan of Outback Steakhouse. I am not impressed with the one in Laredo. It has so much potential but falls short. The service is usually is a hit and miss. Most of the time your lucky if they get your order correct. We have sent them back many times for items that we ordered. When you go to Outback you expect to have a great steak. My husband and I have figured out the correct way to order steak. The server will ask you how you want your steak cooked. What we discovered is they always mess it up. If you want it medium rare order it medium. If you want medium order it well done. This rule applies for all ways you like your steak cooked. It will save you time from sending it back to the kitchen.
