Review content:
for a train depot maybe !
How does this place stay in business. It has reinvented itself a couple of times and I'll give them credit for changing the menu a couple of times, but if you start with inferior ingredients it does not matter how many time the menu gets updated. It's a great suburban location in Germantown but a little too close to freight train tracks for an upscale or wannabe upscale restaurant and lounge. I'd scrap the concept and try something that seems to work in Memphis TN, maybe another Mexican joint or a BBQ shack. Another suggestion is to keep the owners themselves from writing positive reviews of their own restaurant on this and other sites (e.g. cs901 and michelle scott, the married owners) That seems a bit underhanded and weird.
Pros: great location except the railroad tracks
Cons: quality of foos esp. the steaks and seafood !
