This gym is right down the street from us so that was the advantage it had when my wife and I checked it out in 2007. The manager talked like a wheel and deal car salesman so we didnt join. Everybody on the staff were like kids who didnt have a clue about customer service and nobody cared about anything but getting our memberships. We decided to go back after Christmas 2008 and their was a Colombian guy who looks black named Antonio that met us at the door. He gave us a tour of the gym and made promises to help us with our goals if we signed up so we gave it a try. We signed up and went out of town for a week until returning and to our surprise he saw us walking in and greeted us by name and asked if we were ready for him to start helping us. He spent an hour with us and all the older members passing seemed to like him as well. He said he was the weekend manager and if you ever see him there he will break his neck to make sure you are helped. Him and his weekend staff are alot more helpful
