Review content:
This place has truly great Chinese food. My brother has a thing for Chinese cuisine and he agreed that for that Top Gun has great value. The atmosphere is pretty dull however--calming music plays to kill the silence. The dining area is pretty large and it is one of the few non-fast food restaurants that are open until 1 am in the morning. I'm impressed. The owners of the factoria restaurant are very dedicated.
