Review content:
I go to spas around the country to observe and give you the consumer the inside information. I recently tried Elan Salan and Day Spa and wow, what a disappointment. From the outside it looks like it would be an amazing experience as the interior design is breathtaking, however step into the salon a little further and you will see the real truth. The receptionists were so rude, who works there and who is the client?? Dont expect to go and be treated like a princess for a day because it just wont happen, staff ruins the mood the second you walk in. I received half a day of services which were just okay. Would not recommend at all. Maybe if the staff changed and they had some manners in costumer service it could have the potential to be an excellent salon.
