The stylists are adequate - not quite worth the price - but better than going to one of the haircutting chains.
What makes Elan such a dismal experience is the attitude the staff gives off that they are doing YOU a favor by taking your business. To add to this, the staff is often rude - I have heard several of them making snide remarks about clients. If that weren't enough, the reception staff know next to nothing about the services the salon provides or even how to make an appointment.
Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere (anywhere) else.
