Shakti is a higher end hair salon of the area. My cousin recently went here to get her hair cut, colored, and high lighted. Her natural hair color is darker brown to black. She got it highlighted with shades of lighter brown and blond and it was tinted green. She was very disappointed and needed to have it redone elsewhere.
