Review content:
The service man came to fix to my AC by replacing a new capacitor. He told me that I need to schedule another appointment for coil cleaning which I did. I was scheduled on Fri 27th between 8-9. However nobody showed up. I called and was told the service man could not make it and I have to reschedule which was on Monday, the 30th of May. I was even promised that there will no more rescheduling. On Monday someone called me and said the service man run into emergency and I have to reschedule again. I am so unhappy about this and do not like the way they are conducting and treating their customer.
