Booked a party here for my daughter, and less than a week later, she fell and broke her wrist. They would not refund the party, and also would not allow me to reschedule unless I did so in 30 days, by which time she still wouldn't be able to skate. They told me they had too much demand to let me "take up a spot". I was cancelling with almost 3 weeks notice. Really unreasonable. I would understand if I had changed my mind, but I offered to bring a doctor's note and they did not care at all. Someone needs to open another roller rink in the area and give this place some competition.
