BUYER BEWARE!! This business is not accredited by the BBB and has a C rating. After the bad experience my husband and I had, I can see why. I just wish we would have read the bad reviews before spending almost $8,000.00 there. 1st tip, do not go through Affirm or pay cash because you might not even get what you paid for, at least with a credit card you can dispute the charges when you don't receive your item. Initially my husbands ring was canceled without any reason or contact from Avianne after it was already paid for through Affirm. Getting ahold of them to clarify the canceled purchase and why they still took my money was a nightmare since they NEVER answer the phone, call you back or respond to an email. Luckily I was able to get my husbands ring delivered still and after reading reviews, I'm lucky I received it at all! We also picked out my engagement ring on the website, paid through affirm then heard nothing. When my husband was able to finally reach someone, we were told they no longer carry that style (yet it's still on their website to this day!) and that another style would be made and sent after approval from photos, etc. We received 1 email with a picture of the shell of the ring and no diamonds. This was the only email we received before they mailed us the ring without any final approval. Once the ring was received, the appraisal was for the ring we originally ordered and not the one we received, it was not sized correctly (too big) and the center stone was to be quality enhanced when clearly it was not. We attempted to contact them multiple times to at least get the right appraisal with no return correspondence other then 1 time stating it would be sent out immediately which it was not. **I HAVE WORN MY RING UNDER 1 MONTH AND A STONE HAS ALREADY FALLEN OUT!!!!! MY HUSBANDS BLACK RHODIUM PLATED DIAMOND RING STARTED LOOSING THE BLACK PLATING EXPOSING THE STERLING SILVER UNDERNEATH AFTER ONLY 8 DAYS OF GENTLE WEAR!!!!! Of course there was no response to our complaints and we are now left with poor qu
